Government fees explained

Corporations Canada charges a $200 filing fee for articles of incorporation. This is a government fee paid directly to Corporations Canada — it is not part of our professional fee.

If you choose a named corporation (rather than a numbered one), a NUANS name search ($13.80) is required to check for existing similar names across Canada.

Why this price?

Traditional law firms charge $1,500–$3,000+ for the same incorporation work. The difference isn't quality — it's overhead. Wires Law uses digital minute books, streamlined processes, and modern tools to reduce the cost of delivery without compromising the legal work.

You get the same articles, resolutions, share issuance, and corporate records — at a fair price.
